RETURN POLICY

Your entitlement to a refund
All returns and exchanges for purchases from A Broad and A Brit must be made in 14 days of receiving the item. You will be entitled to a refund/exchange where:

  • The product received was damaged or incorrect
  • The product does not match the sample or description advertised on our website
  • The product description states return/refund is eligible for that product. (Some products cannot be returned. Make sure to read the description carefully before purchasing)

You are responsible for any fees incurred when returning the goods. The returned products are your responsibility until they reach our supplier. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit.

Returning products to us
If you wish to return products to us, you must notify A Broad and A Brit through the “Contact Us” section of the Website or email us at info@abroadandabrit.com within 14 days of receiving the products. Claims for returns made outside this time period will be at the discretion of A Broad and A Brit.

You must provide the following:

  • The original order number
  • Item(s) you are returning
  • Photographic evidence (if broken/incorrect product)
  • The reason for claiming the refund

Once the return request is accepted you will receive a confirmation email authorizing the return and then you can ship the product.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Include a copy of the return confirmation email in the package
  2. Send with tracking and provide that number to A Broad and A Brit via email
  3. Return the product to the address on the original package

Condition of returned products
All products must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products prior to processing a refund. This may result in a refund being refused by us, and the product being returned to you at your expense. Once the supplier has received the returned product and assessed it then the replacement product will be shipped, or the refund will be credited.
